1.  Please fill out the form below.

**Please watch for reply emails from UltraSafe.  We will contact you via email or text before sending you the Paypal invoice.  Check you spam box.  This is when you can let us know if you want the IODE email invitation postponed.

 

2.  We will send you a Paypal Invoice for $50.  Please review the terms and polices attached to the invoice.  Text us if you'd like to see the terms and polices before getting the invoice.  If you are not sure about paying the invoice - don't worry you are not required to pay it.  You can always change your mind.  But when you pay it, you are agreeing to all the terms and polices included on the invoice.

 

3.  After paying you will receive an email invitation to register for the IODE online course (unless you requested earlier for the email to be postponed)
